From the Two Brewers peated series, Two Brewers Canadian Single Malt Release #51 is a brash symphony of smouldering peat smoke and a kiss of Sherry. It is bracing and confident — luscious smoke draped in Two Brewers class.
Nestled next to the rushing Yukon River, basking in the glow of the Midnight sun, this small distillery strikes out to redefine Whisky in Canada.
Crafted with carefully selected ingredients, ingenuity borrowed from their second lives as craft brewers, and patience dwarfed only by the mountains that surround them, Two Brewers leads a new wave of craft Canadian Whisky.
Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: Campfire ember and smoked oysters waft across a backbone of lighter malts and bright fruit.
Palate: Peat is prominent on the palate, rounded by the backbone of oak and grain.
Finish: The finish furthers the fervour, unabashed and unrelenting until the next sip.
