Truffle Tagliolini

Truffles provides this pasta with a rich flavor that will keep your mouth salivating. For the truffle obsessed pair with a truffle cream sauce, toss with olive oil and parmesan cheese, or try with a rich tomato sauce.

1. Bring 4-6 qt water to a boil and place one Pasta Rock™ or 1 Tbsp salt in water. 
2. Let Pasta Rock™ boil with water for 1-3 minutes deepening on your salt preference an the size of the Pasta Rock™ 
3. Remove Pasta Rock™ with slotted spoon; set aside for another use. Pasta Rocks™ can be used until they full dissolve. 
4. Use salted water to cook pasta for 5 minutes uncovered. Drain and toss with your favorite EVOO.
