This model features a manual reset thermal overload protector to shield the motor from damage during low-water or high-ambient temperature conditions.

Problem Solved: Restores the sparkling 'bite' and carbonation stability of fountain beverages. Eliminates 'flat soda' complaints by providing the 100+ PSI required for peak gas absorption in high-volume accounts.

Symptoms of Failure: Drinks tasting 'flat' or watery despite full CO2 tanks, the carbonator pump 'short-cycling' (turning on/off rapidly), or the manual reset button tripping frequently due to internal vane friction or scale buildup.

Technician’s Note: Never run the carbonator without a constant water supply. Dry running will destroy the internal brass vanes within minutes. Ensure the water inlet pressure is regulated to at least 25 PSI below your CO2 setting to allow the pump to overcome tank pressure.
