Handwoven from a base of white African wool, Fjord is scattered with hand-spun flecks of lox and taupe mohair in soft browns and warm golden tones. A fine thin-spun border or whipped edge completes the design, bringing definition to the rug’s subtly textured surface.

Inspired by South Africa - from its wild landscapes to the philosophies shaped by its people - each design is woven on traditional wooden looms by skilled women artisans using locally sourced African wool and mohair.
