In every sip, you'll experience, a Kentucky straight bourbon finished in reposado tequila casks. This Bear Fight pulls bold and spicy flavors from a
high rye bourbon complimented by the vanilla, caramel, and subtle tequila and smoky characters of the secondary cask finishing.
When traditional Kentucky whiskey making and Bear Fight’s modern approach to cask finishing and filtration are coupled together, the result is our Kentucky Reserve. Our process optimizes the finishing conditions to control the chaos inside the barrel that’s normally out of the maker's control. This allows us to have more autonomy over developing flavor profiles and consistency batch to batch.
